Contributions to John Deaton for Senate Inc. are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. The maximum amount an individual may contribute to John Deaton for Senate Inc. is $3,300 per election. Contributions in any amount from corporations, labor organizations, national banks, federal government contractors and foreign nationals are strictly prohibited. Federal law requires us to use best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of each individual whose aggregate contributions exceed $200 per two-year election cycle.
